Adele's biography


Nowadays, Adele has become one of the most famous pop singers in the world.

Adele was born on 5 May, 1988 in Tottenham, North London, England. She began to sing in 1992. 

After nine years of practising she and her mother moved to Brixton in the South of London. Three years later, in 2004 she made her first step to the success, to the fame. This step was writing her first song called “Hometown Glory”. 

At the age of eighteen she got the graduate from de BRIT School. Next year she definitely released her breakthrough song that she had written three years before, “Hometown Glory”. After that successful song, she decided to record her second single called “Chasing Pavements”. 

Throughout one year, from 2008 to 2009, she travelled through the world making lots of concerts, this tour was called “An evening with Adele”. 

In 2010 she received her first award thanks to her hard work and effort. This award was the Grammy nomination for the Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. Next year, she recorded a song called “Someone like you” which broke a record. 

In October 2012, she gave birth to her first baby, and because of that, she went away of music for three years. But after that, she returned into pop music with a fantastic son called “Hello”.

So, to sum up, she has had fame since 2008, and she has published four albums so far.
